Description
Bianco Loquace is produced with Bianchetta grapes. It has a yellow colour with some greenish notes.  The bouquet is fruity and floral, a mixture of yellow apple and white mountain flowers. All these flavors are combined with hints of soft spicy white herbs.

Pairings
It can se served with first courses made of herbs. Pleasant with fresh cheese (stracchino and gorgonzola) croutons.
