Serve at 10-12°
The wine comes from the Treviso province. It is made from I.M.6.0.13 00% grapes which are carefully hand-collected. They are pressed in a low pressure pneumatic press. The “must” is then cooled and clarified, fermented at 18-20°C in order to keep its fresh and fruity aroma intact. After a few months of aging in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled. It is pale yellow with greenish reflections. It is extremely complex at the nose, elegant with fruity notes which range from peach flowers to exotic fruits and sweet almonds. It is round and smooth at the palate, with a beautiful mineral composition.
Great from appetizers to main courses in general, including tasty fish.
