Uvaggio: 60% Merlot. 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vinification in classic red at 20-22 ° c, with maceration of the pomacee, submerged cap for 10-15 days, until completion of the alcoholic fermentation.
Conservation in cement tanks until the end of the malolactic fermentation.

The wine is aged 12 months in wood, in small containers, barriques of second and third passage. It is then aged for 12 months in Tonneau and then 12 months in a wooden barrel.
Bland formation, 1-2 months in the tank, bottling and resting in the bottle for another 6 months, before the sale.

Bottle storage
It is suitable for aging, up to five years.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, in an upright position.

Organoleptic profile
Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense perfume, fruity notes prevail, in particular raspberry and blackberry. On the palate it is dry, constantly tannic and ends with a pleasant aftertaste of chocolate.

Gastronomic combination
It is ideal with roasts, red meats, game animals and aged cheeses.
